2. Summary of Key Principles

• Your Journal is Private: Your personal scrapbook journal entries, daily wisdom reflections, handwritten doodles, and photos are intended for your personal use.
• No Selling of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, journal entries, or media to third parties or advertising networks.
• On-Demand Permissions: Location and Camera features are accessed strictly when you explicitly trigger them (e.g., adding a location stamp or cutting out a custom sticker).
• Full Data Ownership & Deletion: You can delete your account and wipe all your stored journal data directly within the app settings at any time.

3. Information We Collect

A. Personal & Authentication Data

When you register or create an account in WiseOn, we may collect personal information including:

• Account Credentials: Email address, display name, and authentication tokens when you sign up using Email/Password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple.
• Anonymous Accounts: If you choose to use the App anonymously without signing in, an anonymous device user ID is generated by Firebase Authentication to keep your local data isolated.

B. User Content & Journal Data

When you use the App's journaling and scrapbooking tools, we process and store:

• Journal Entries & Reflections: Daily prompt responses, custom text notes, sticky notes, feeling/mood tags ("today, I feel...").
• Hand-Drawn Artwork & Doodles: Vector drawing paths, ink strokes, colors, and canvas drawings.
• Stickers & Layouts: Custom stickers created via AI object segmentation and sticker placement layouts.

C. Photos & Camera Data

• Selected Photos: Photos selected from your device photo gallery or captured directly using your device camera inside the App.
• Sticker Studio Processing: When you use the Sticker Camera or Object Segmentation tool, photos are processed to isolate objects and create custom stickers.
• Storage: Photos placed on scrapbook pages are stored locally on your device and backed up to secure Firebase Cloud Storage associated with your account.

D. Location Data (Approximate & Precise)

• Location Memory Stamps: When you add a location stamp, map sketch, or weather tag to a scrapbook entry, the App requests permission to access your device's GPS (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION).
• Usage: Location coordinates (Latitude/Longitude) and resolved place/city names via geocoding are attached exclusively to the specific journal entry you choose. We do not track your location in the background or monitor your movements.

E. Financial & Purchase Data

• In-App Purchases & Subscriptions: When you purchase or subscribe to WiseOn Pass / Pro, transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing or Apple App Store In-App Purchases managed via Superwall.
• Data Recorded: Purchase history, transaction IDs, product identifier, active subscription state, and renewal status. We do not receive or store your credit card or full banking details.

F. Device, Usage & Analytics Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you access or use the App:

• Device Characteristics: Device model, operating system version, system language, screen resolution, and time zone.
• App Performance & Crash Data: Stack traces, diagnostic logs, and crash reports collected via Firebase Crashlytics to fix bugs and improve stability.
• Analytics & Feature Interactions: Screen views, button taps, prompt completions, and feature usage events collected via Firebase Analytics and Mixpanel.

G. Biometric Security Data

• If you enable the Lock Journal security feature, the App uses your device's native biometric authentication (Fingerprint, Touch ID, or Face ID) or PIN via the OS BiometricManager API.
• Important: All biometric verification is performed 100% locally on your device hardware. The App never reads, accesses, collects, or transmits your raw biometric data.

4. How We Use Your Information

Data Retention

• We retain your personal data and journal content for as long as your account remains active.
• If you delete an individual entry or clear your data, it is permanently deleted from your device and removed from our cloud storage.

9. Your Data Rights & Deletion Procedures

A. In-App Data Wiping & Account Deletion

You can execute data deletion directly inside the App without contacting support:

• Wipe All Journal Data: Go to Settings -> Memory Management -> Wipe Journal Data. This permanently erases all journal pages, photos, drawings, and stickers locally and in the cloud.
• Delete Account: Go to Settings -> Account -> Delete Account. This permanently deletes your Firebase account, profile details, and linked cloud records (DeleteAccountUseCase).

B. Manual Data Deletion Requests

Include the subject line "Data Deletion Request - WiseOn" along with your registered email address or user identifier. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Daily Journal & Wisdom: WiseOn is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at my.feedback@yahoo.com, and we will promptly delete such information.
